What to do if you can’t find your package

If your package hasn’t arrived, it may be delayed at the pharmacy, held due to incomplete order information, or still in transit with the courier. If you’re concerned about a delay, please reach out to our Patient Support team so we can help track it down.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package through the courier system. Maves ships orders via priority carriers to ensure quick delivery and reliable tracking.


If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

Sometimes couriers may mark a package as delivered before it’s actually dropped off. In most cases, these packages arrive within a few days. If this happens, follow these steps:

  1. Verify your shipping address with the Maves Care Team.

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or a front desk to see if the package was accepted on your behalf.

  3. Contact the courier using your tracking number to confirm the delivery status.

  4. Allow 3–5 business days for the package to arrive after it’s marked as delivered.


If your package is missing, lost, or stolen:

If your package still hasn’t arrived after taking the steps above, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

If the package is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the shipped date, and our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
