At Maves, we believe treatment should be personal. Our doctors take the time to understand your body, your goals, and your health history, then build a plan around you. No office visits, no waiting rooms. Getting started takes about 15 minutes.
Three steps to get started
Step 1: Complete your intake
Visit https://maveshealth.com/find-your-treatment and choose the treatment you're interested in. You'll answer a short series of questions about your health history, current medications, and goals.
Step 2: Your doctor reviews and prescribes
A U.S.-licensed, board-certified Maves doctor reviews your intake and confirms your prescription. Your doctor builds a personalized treatment plan based on your health profile, including the right starting dose for you.
Step 3: Your medication ships
Your medication is prepared by one of our licensed partner pharmacies and shipped to your door. From there, your doctor stays available through your Patient Portal for questions and dose adjustments, and our Patient Care team is on hand for anything to do with your orders or account.
What's included in your plan
A personalized treatment plan created by a U.S.-licensed doctor based on your individual health profile
Custom-formulated medication prepared by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies, delivered discreetly each cycle
Ongoing doctor access for questions, prescription updates, and dose adjustments through your patient portal
Regular check-ins so your doctor can confirm how you're responding and adjust your plan as needed
Patient Care support for orders, billing, shipping, and account questions
Am I eligible?
Your eligibility is determined by a doctor during your intake review, not by an algorithm. To be considered, you generally need to:
Be 18 years of age or older
Reside in a state where Maves currently operates
Pre-existing conditions do not automatically disqualify you. Your doctor reviews your full health history before making any decision.
