Sermorelin is injected subcutaneously (under the skin), not into a muscle.
Rotate the injection site between the abdomen, thigh, and back of the upper arm to reduce irritation.

Per pharmacy guidance, each vial should be safely discarded 30 days after the first puncture.
Safety & Side Effects
While side effects are uncommon, but include injection site irritation, changes in taste or swallowing, dizziness, flushing, headache, hives, hyperactivity, pale skin, sleepiness, chest tightness, and vomiting.
Sermorelin is not recommended for those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
Storage
Sermorelin is formulated to remain stable for up to 56 days at temperatures up to 86°F, and can withstand up to 104°F for up to 3 days. Refrigeration is recommended but not required. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from children or pets.
