Cancellations that are made before the prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy will receive a full refund.
Once a refund has been issued, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process and post it back to your original form of payment.
Please note: action must be taken before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for processing. Your medication is compounded specifically to your prescription, so once it has gone for preparation it can't be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
