Maves treatments work best when taken consistently, but we understand that there may be times when you’re not ready for a refill.
If your prescription has not yet been processed
You can cancel your refill by contacting the Maves Patient Care Team and letting them know you’d like to stop the upcoming shipment.
If your order has already been charged, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund to your original form of payment.
⚠️ Important: All cancellations must happen before your prescription is processed by the pharmacy.
We’re unable to accept returns of prescription medications once they’ve been shipped. This is standard policy for all pharmacies.
