How do I cancel my refill order?

How to cancel a refill before it ships

Written by Gray Dorsett

Maves treatments work best when taken consistently, but we understand there may be times when you're not ready for a refill.

If your prescription has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by contacting the Patient Care Team to let them know you would like to cancel your refill order.

How to cancel

Contact the Maves Patient Care Team and let us know you'd like to stop your upcoming shipment. You can reach us:

In your Patient Portal — select Chat, then Support

Through the chat icon at the bottom right of maveshealth.com

Wherever possible, please let us know at least 2 full calendar days before your scheduled processing date. That gives us time to stop the order before it reaches the pharmacy.

Your medication is compounded specifically to your prescription, so once it has been sent for preparation it can't be recalled or dispensed to anyone else.

If your order has already been processed, it will still be delivered to you. We can stop any future orders on your plan.

If your prescription has not yet been processed

If your order has already been charged, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund to your original form of payment.

⚠️ Important: All cancellations must happen before your prescription is processed by the pharmacy.

We’re unable to accept returns of prescription medications once they’ve been shipped. This is standard policy for all pharmacies.

Not ready for this refill, but want to continue treatment?

You don't have to cancel. Contact our Patient Care team and we can place your next order on hold instead, which keeps your plan and prescription in place until you're ready to resume.
