To update your shipping or billing address, follow these steps:
Go to your Account tab on the left sidebar.
Click “Shipping and Billing.”
Enter your updated shipping and/or billing information, then save your changes.
Important note
Because Maves provides prescription medications, we must comply with state licensing requirements and ensure your provider is licensed to prescribe in your state. If you encounter an error when updating your address, this may mean:
We’re not yet licensed to provide care in your new state, or
You may need to be reassigned to a licensed provider in that state.
If this happens, please contact our Maves Patient Care Team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
