Using your FSA card with Maves is simple. There are two ways to use your FSA funds to pay for your treatment:
1. Add your FSA card as your payment method
Your FSA card works just like a debit card and can be used to pay directly for your Maves treatments.
Go to your Patient Portal.
Click on the Account tab on the left side
Click on Billing & Shipping under the title
Update your current payment method with your FSA card information.
2. Pay out of pocket and get reimbursed
You can also pay using a regular credit or debit card and then submit your receipt to your FSA provider for reimbursement.
