Your patient portal keeps you connected to your care team and treatment progress. Here's how to reset your password.
Step 1: Go to the login page
Go to https://app.homerahealth.com/login and select "Forgot password?
Step 2: Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your Maves account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Step 3: Create a new password
Follow the link in your email and create a new password. You should then be able to log in.
